Suboxone and Subutex Treatment |

Typical Charges for Treatment with Suboxone:
Day 1 Initial evaluation Induction (including medication) Medication to take home
Day 15 Office visit:
Day 45 Office visit:
Monthly Office visit:
Fee for Day 1 required at time of induction: $350
Other fees required at time of each service. Payments may be made by cash, or preferably by credit card. We will submit insurance claims if you would like us to, but we cannot predict or guarantee whether insurance will pay these claims. Please check with your insurer regarding their coverage of this service if you plan to have us submit a claim.
Charges for other services including pain management, medicated detoxification without suboxone, or management of opiate treatment of chronic pain are available upon request.
